I have some eggs under a broody hen. Most of them have hatched out and today is day 22 so I decided to lift mama up to see how everything was looking and I saw this

The baby is still alive and I don’t know if this is normal or if it needs help. Please send your advice!

I'd bring it inside, put some warm water on it to remove the membrane and blow dry it. Then I would place it back under the mom if it's strong enough, if not you may need to brood it with a friend yourself.
 
Almost finished peeling it off but I’m worried about this last part. Will the baby bleed if I take it off?

So next day update: Baby in front is the one who needed help and it seems to be doing well. Definitely the little runt but I’m hopeful it will still do well
