Need more roosting space for my peeps!

I have 4 RIR pullets and one cock (everybody is about six months old). I will be getting six more BR in April and I am trying to think of ways to change the coop to accommodate more hens. My main concern is that everyone will need more roosting space (esp. when introducing the rest of the flock). How much roosting space do full grown chickens need? Also, I need some creative ideas (including pics) for perches in limited amounts of space. Pictures of our coop will follow.

About 10 inches per chicken. You could put a roost about 15 inches off every wall. Keep them all the same height else they will all want the highest roost.
