I have a Janoel 12 that I almost never use
How many eggs do you want to fit?
Im going to defiantly look that up sound like exactly what I needI started with a Janoel12 either.
Then bought a Janoel24, as I was very satisified with the 12, but it doesn't work for quail eggs, as they get stuck under the dividers. The dividers are not close to the ground, like on the 12.
I took much money in the hands (430 Eur) and bought a Brinsea Ovation 56 EX ... and I love it! Very presize temp and humidity sensors and totally fire and forget till lock down. It is for 96 quail eggs and the extention turners for 110 quail eggs (which I bought too).
The EX model has an automatic humidity control, which makes it so expensive... you can go much cheaper if you choose the Eco model, but you have to refill water manually (the Advance model is not nessesary as it only adds a programmable cooling phase)
If this is too big, I would suggest the Ovation 28 Eco, which fits 48 quail eggs, without extention turners (with extention turners 66) and is also much cheaper (250 Eur here)
The Brinsea sensors are outstanding.
I’m a good big or go home type of guy. The lowest amount is 50eggs and able to be expanded for more is preferable. I’m all about ease of use also I have a lot of projects, kids, other animals, and rather not having something that require as much attention as my janoel 48 to fine tune itI have a Janoel 12 that I almost never use

I seen it at the lowest for 520 $ usIt is expensive (430 EUR ~ 700 AUD ~ 480 USD) ... but 2000 is daylight robbery![]()
