Need quick help - is Polish a roo or a pullet?

I've got a girl coming in a couple of hours to buy this little one, but if it's a pullet, I want to keep her. Can you tell by these pics if he is a she? Thanks in advance!!

Thats a tough one but i dont see any spurs and its legs are kind of thin, but i dont know anything about polish.

I was so hoping. She's the sweetest, friendliest little thing. The only concern I have is that she sometimes goes up against my rooster, sticks out her neck feathers and hops a bit. Does that sound like roo behavior? Just wanting to make sure, because I'm moving from thhe country into city limits with her and would hate to get there and have a loud rooster crowing and pissing off the neighbors.

PULLET! The girls have rounded head feathers where the males are more spikey
