Need recipe to use a duck egg please

I wanted to make a baked good for someone with my duck eggs. I have never used my duck eggs for anything, they only recently started to lay. I was trying to find a recipe that I could store bought chicken eggs in one and duck eggs in the other for a comparison. Any suggestions?

Use them in baked goods just like you use chicken eggs. So use any of your favorite recipes.

The only difference, is that there isn't a lot of white, so it would take a lot of duck eggs to make something like an angel food cake that uses lots of egg whites.

I've never made meringue with duck eggs, so I don't know how well it works. Duck eggs make great mayonnaise, though.
