Need some advice on my rooster/hens please

Ok well here is what you can do. Make a list. Since you want one for hatching your eggs, you should start watching your roosters.

*Which one takes charge?
*Which one helps the hens the most by showing them food and stuff?
*Which one seems to be more into watching his girls?
*Are all three mean roos? Or kind of laid back? (You want a even temp roo for hatching. You dont want a mean one.)
*What are you looking for in your roosters? Do any three of them cover what you are looking for?
Well of the three, 2 of the Roos are mild mannered and do well with the hens and "get the job done" lol. Just in the last week my egg production has gone down and I have noticed the third roo has been getting aggressive with the other Roos and hens. So I think he is the first to the chopping block, so to speak. And also sucks cause he is the prettiest of the three

Yeah sounds like he might be your problem bird. You can always re-home him...But that might take a while. Not many would want a mean roo. If they do want it then they will eat it i am sure. As for the other two see how they act without the other roo. Maybe your hens will start to lay again without the meaner roo.

I have two roos as well. One big SS roo, and one little banty roo. My Banty has two red star hens. My two roos never fight. And my banty sticks with his two hens while my other roo keeps his five hens. i always have fertile eggs too. Always i have not seen one yet not fertile. And my hens lay and have their feathers.
