Need some advice on Silkie Eggs

So, I am new to incubating silkie eggs. I just recieved 12 eggs today and they are set to go in the incubator and join my turkey eggs tomorrow morning. My question is, since the egg is so tiny will the chick be MORE tiny than the average chick? I can't wrap my head around how teeny tiny they are, and how a chick is supposed to fit in there!! ???

Oh, and I forgot to add...1 egg I can't tell which end is which!! There is seriously no broad or pointy end? What do i do?
