Need some help ID'ing this bird!

Need some help with identifing this chicken. My sister sent this image from her cell phone, so its not the best. I would appreciate your help. I did look through breed page, but didn't find anything positive.

Don't know the breed but WOW is she ever gorgeous!

looks like a blue andalusian

Definitely a Blue Andalusian pullet.
Actually, either she has poor blue coloring or she is a splash (the "sport" color of the blue varieties).
They are good white egg layers.
