Need some Help with Breed and Gender

can someone help me out here? Starting to think this may be a rooster. also wondering if anyone can tell what breed it may be.
I received 3 birds for free unsure of the breed. thanx in advance

It would be easier to tell if it was a boy if the focus was sharper. Also do you know how old it is?

If it is the same age as your other two and their combs are less red, then I would say roo.
