Need some help with what to cook..

I bought some beef chuck shoulder roast yesterday and have no idea what I should use it for. Anybody have any good ideas? Or recipes I could use?

I would make beef stew, BBQ'd beef, beef and noodles . . .hot rolls and a big tossed salad . . .you are there!!!!! YUMMMMM!!! OK, that's it, its Beef Stew this week at MY house!!!

Crock Pot is ideal otherwise slow cook......

Beef
Can of Beer
Cup of water and boullion cube
1 jar pepperocini sliced
1 bell pepper sliced.

Slow cook for 6-8 hours then pull beef apart for delicious Italian Hot Beef.

Yes I have a crockpot. No potatoes though. I have too much to do today to go back to the store and get some. I do have beer(thanks to hubby) and bbq, as well as a whole crap load of other odds and ends.

put n crock pot

add:
1 beer
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
1/8 cup vinegar
1 cup tomato sauce
as much garlic as you have - crushed
ground red pepper
black pepper

let cook all day meat will fall apart. about an hour before you eat add a can or two of beans (rinsed). serve in bowl if you don't have tortillas or else roll in flour tortillas. even better the next day if there is any left.
