need some info on turkeys please

Had seen a breed of turkey in a magazine my MIL gets and was interested in trying to obtain some.
Does anyone know where I may be able to find the Jersey Buff breed of turkey.
Not in a big hurry to get them but wanted to know of someplace for when I get a place fixxed up for the.

Jersey Buff's are hard to come by. Sandhill hatchery has them but if I remember correctly there is about a year wait.
