Need some roost ideas

I realize I have our coop maxed with birds but they keep pooping on the back 2x’s and I’m tired of scraping it off of there. Any thoughts how to redesign the roosts? Do they need to be that high? Can I lower it and pull away from the wall more?

Yes, it's too close to the wall. Also they're too close together, IMHO, and they'd stay cleaner if spread out farther from each other.

Should be at least 12" away from wall and 18" between.
Roosts should be higher than the nests or they may sleep in nests.
