Need sticky - How to dry hatch

I'm wondering if anyone here can tell me exactly how to do a dry-hatch with chicken eggs. And I'd like to see if this could be added to the "Sticky Threads" as well, so others could find it easier. I wasn't quite able to find anything on the dry hatch method when I did a search, which included checking out the sticky topics. So it would be good to have it referenced up there.
