Need suggestions, Chick keeps flipping over

The chicks Just hatched and the ones that are in the brooder right now...one of them keeps flipping over to its back, then kicks vigorously. I help it get back up but then it just does it again! Its looks alert and healthy and it eats and drinks when I hold it to the water or put food in front of it. How do I fix this?

Give it time. It can take 24 or more hours for a hatched chick to "find it's feet". Just make sure the ground is not slippery.

Don't worry, this is pretty normal for a newly hatched chick. I am sure this one will be your "pain in the butt" chick. Keep em warm and comfy, give em some sugar water and get em to start feeding as soon as you can. I put down medicated starter and do the mama chicken thing and peck with my finger. This really works and you can throw in some verbal clucks too. My wife is really good at this.
