I currently have a Delaware, which I love (she is my favorite), but she goes broody every 3 weeks or so. I would like to add another breed to my very small flock, preferably white or light colored, that doesn't go broody all the time. I also have an EE, brown leghorn and a barred rock (all dark colored). None of them have ever gone broody. Any suggestions?

I love white minorcas. Huge eggs and don't go broody. Both cold and heat hardy in MO.
Anconas (mottled) are non broody and hardy.
White leghorns.
Jaerhons are non broody, fairly light colored, cold and heat hardy.

It isn't white, but you can't go wrong with a Buff Orpington or two...light tan coloration and very calm temperament.

Thanks, I will look into all of these. I appreciate your input. I had a Buff Orp but she died suddenly about a month ago. I think she maybe got bit by a black widow spider as we have those here. She was really sweet and I think my Delaware misses her (like me) so that is why I was thinking another light colored hen.
