Need Technical Help with my Homemade Incubator

I finally ordered a thermostat and I need some help with it to fix it.
I use a 25 watt Philips Clear Bulb as heat source in my Incubator.
If anybody know how to that please help me.

Can you please post a picture of the underside of the circuit board and one from straight up?
That screw terminal is where you connect the light bulb. I assume that this module is capable of cooling and heating, two screws will be connected when the temperature is lower than the selected temperature, the other two are connected when the temperature is higher.
