need to diagnose a sore on a rir

Just discovered this sore and don't know what it is....this RIR is also the one who keeps bullying the young chickens!!

Can't really tell from the distance in that pic, but it looks like one or more of the bullied chicks got revenge!!

She was evading me but I cornered her to try for a better pic...the small ones she bullies run away from her, so i don't think they did it...

No one have any ideas??? This is on both sides and this chicken also has kinda a bald spot on her neck...the spots seem to be dryer but larger now!!

No roosters, only hens...5 hens a year old laying & 5 more about 4 months old...the injured one is one of the older 5...she's always had that bald spot on the neck...it shows in the first pictures..
