Need to Re-Home Australorpe Rooster

I have an 11 week old Black Australorpe Rooster in need of a new home. I purchased 6 chicks from My Pet Chicken hoping they would all be hens, since I am not allowed to have a rooster where I live. Alas, "Olivia" woke me with his first crow two days ago. Sadly, I must find him a new home. He is a beautiful bird, very healthy, very friendly and free to a good home. I live in Calvert County, Maryland. I will post a picture soon.

He is a beautiful roo! And I don't doubt for a minute that he is gentle...most Australorps are! My little flock of Black Australorp ladies are the joy of my life...they are docile, so friendly, love to be petted...dream chickens indeed! Best of luck, I hope someone in your area would like to have him!
