Need to re-home Cuckoo Maran rooster

Hi everyone, turns out one of our girls is a rooster! We need to re-home him. We live in an HOA where we are not supposed to have chickens at all so our crowing rooster is definitely drawing attention to us. Does anyone know of any resources? Thanks in advance! I live in Ramona, CA (San Diego County).
