Need to rehome BB Phoenix cockerel

This is the first time we got a "pullet" that turned out to be a rooster and unfortunately, we can't have roosters. My kids are devastated. I'm looking for someone in Illinois/Indiana/Wisconsin near Chicago who can take him and he won't wind up in a soup pot but live out his life. I think if I remember correctly, he's a black breasted phoenix. Gorgeous bird. Here he is in the foreground. Approx 8 weeks old.
