Need to rehome my rooster

Hello there. My name is Logan and I live in Cleveland, Ohio. We have been raising chickens for the past several months but recently learned one is a rooster, which we are not allowed to have in our city. Plus, it is making our neighbors quite unhappy. Do you know of a resource in the area that I might be able to contact for assistance with rehoming our rooster? Thank you. ~ L.
