Need to rehome rooster - out of Littleton, CO

I got school-hatched chicks in mid-July (born July 1), and one has been obviously a cockerel since 4 weeks. Donny Parton, hasn’t started crowing yet, so I’ve been hanging onto him. He is, at least for now, so so sweet. He is the first to run over to me and stands there, waiting to be picked up. I’ll be sad to let him go, but they aren’t allowed in my city.

I have no idea how to go about rehoming a rooster. If anyone else has ideas of where else to post, I’ll take all the help I can get!
