Needing help with incubator

I just built my incubator from the plans and designs on this site. My question is how do I stabilize my temperature? I am getting reading from 89 to a 104.

Any help would be great.

I believe I corrected the problem by mounting the thermostat on metal and exposing the backside to the air in bator, and placing a heatsink inside will try this for now.
