Needing to give chickens baths in the winter

I live in zone 4b and we are currently having a lot colder of a winter already than we typically do. We are averaging 10-20 degrees during the day and are filling into the negative single digits at night. A few of my girls have need baths due to poopy butt. I’m assuming it’s from the dramatic weather change and them not wanting to go outside right now.

I need to give them a bath to clean them up but I am afraid of the temperature shock with going back outside after being in a warm bath/house and then getting blow dried.

Has anyone given their ladies a bath during super cold months? Did you have any issues with putting them back in the coop?

You can always just cut any poop balls off their feathers

We have been known to use a blow dryer on low temp to help feathers dry more quickly
