Nest Box Size For Cochins?

My husband is just about finished with the coop (YAY), and he's saving the nest boxes for last. I was out looking at it today and told him I think the space allowed for the nest boxes (which will be accessible from the outside) are too small.

Can anyone tell me what size nest boxes should be for bantam Cochins??

My girls have a 10x12 and do fine.

3 hen per box they take turns that what a heard
