Nest in the bushes!

I found a nest in the bushes. So... they are not very old because they don’t Float. But it has rained lately so does that mean that there’s probably bacteria in there that can sicken somebody? Should I throw them out, or should I maybe try to feed them to the dogs or back to the chickens ?

Open 'em up and take a look and sniff.
I'd opt to feed back to chickens......
.....then lock them in the coop/run to retrain to use coop nests.
