Nesting Box Division?

In a few months my girls are gonna wanna lay so do I really need the dividers in the nesting box and if so why?

You should have about (1)one nesting box for every five(5) hens.

They like privacy when laying eggs, so dividers will give them that.

So, in my humble opinion, yes you should.
