nesting box question

Is one nest enough for three golden comets?

Probably, but on occassion, you may have two who want to lay at the same time. You might want to provide two.

lol.. i had 3 or 4 nesting areas boxes set up w/ golfballs, and still had a 5 chicken pile up in the parrot cage that is the "cool" place to lay eggs....
1 box is enough for 3 hens.. 2 isn't overkill.. they will either use it or not depending on their moods...

i have 6 chickens and 4 box's only 2-3 get used a day, but normaly they all just pile in togather (group effort) lol
