Nesting Hens

Hello, I have recently acquired 3 cockerels & 6 hens, 4 of the hens are Bantums & 2 are white but I am not sure what breed they are, 2 of the Bantums & 1 of the white hens have been sitting on eggs for over 3 weeks now, they sometimes move around on to each other’s eggs, nothing seems to be happening regards to them hatching the baby chicks out, I would appreciate some advice on what I should do, thankyou

Hi there. Can you collect a few eggs and candle them to check for development? That's where I would start.
