Does anyone have any tips or know how to successfully convinced a guinea to lay in a nesting box. Our female drops eggs all over the coop and refuses to use a nesting box.

She will want a dark private place. On the floor, not up on a nest box.
Dont know what your coop is like but I would make a nest of straw in a corner and camouflage it with some branches or boards to give her cover or privacy.

Last year I put three fake eggs in one of the nesting boxes when I saw that the hens were laying their eggs in random places. At least three of them started laying eggs in that nesting box and I ended up with 10 new guineas.
