I transplanted to Nevada about a year and a half ago and would like
to have 3-4 hens . I live in the North Valley area of
Reno, in the Raleigh Heights area. I have read the ordinances for Washoe County
concerning chickens being allowed and they are but not sure about my
particular area. Have only been in this area for about 3 months. Have neighbors
all around. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I am still in the
planning stages. I have had chickens before.

What kind of chickens would you consider adding?

Not sure at this moment. I just want to make
sure I can have them first. I will definitely want
a good egg layer. If you don't mind my asking
what part of Reno are you in? We were in the sw
area up until 3months ago. Thank you for your quick response.
