Glad you joined.Start with providing us with more information. Where you live is critical in making recommendations. What works on a 1/4 acre lot in Vermont won't work in humid Louisiana. Different predator loads, different ventilation needs, different optimal breeds.I’m trying to find out as much as I can before purchasing my chickens. I need advice as to breed, coop, feed, where to purchase my chickens. I only want 4-6 hens for eggs. I don’t intend on raising chicks.
