Well, having gotten no input from the forum, I just did it for an hour, and while the result is slightly "al dente" (not in a bad way) oh my GOSH it tastes good

Well I have questions - did you put him in whole or quartered or ? how old was he? just in water or something special?

I have not yet pressure cooked one, so have no clue but want to learn and get a pressure cooker so am trying to research them. I live in a higher altitude than some/most in the US plus have a glass top stove - so it might be a challenge
