After weeks of trying I was able finally yesterday to acquire 4 hens; 1 barred rock, 1 black australorp, 1 California, and 1 grey/blueish/purpleish colored hen slightly smaller than the other three. The owner did not remember her breed's name. All are doing fine in their new home and we are all enjoying their movements as they explore their new yards and gardens.
