So a few weeks back this little lady showed up in my coop one morning. I’m not sure if she was put in there or wandered into the yard and hopped the fence and decided this was her new flock. Either way I’m not sure what she is, or if she’s a mix what that mix might be. Any guesses? She is a pinkish orange color with white spots on her neck and bright yellow legs, she’s big and heavy like a buff orp. Here’s a pic.

thanks, I was thinking she is a mix but I didn't know of what. I could see both of those breeds in her, she's a sweet gal.

Oh my goodness!!!! WOW

How could you be so lucky?? You have a Macedonian Cinnamon Polka-Dotted Opendorf.

She is a very pretty girl. Think of it this way, she chose you because your chickens bragged on how well you care for them, so move it on over, here she comes.

lol, I think she is a pretty hen too, and she has a new home here 100%

ps I love the breed name someone should make a page on feathersite for those rare chickens.

you have to be kidding, there is no Macedonian in that hen, but i would agree with the rest.

She is at least in part red-sex-link, but i suspect may also have some buff in her (rock or orp)
