How do you put smiley in a post that are not automatically shown (such as

and B))? Like the "w00t" smiley and the dancing chicken one?

I think what you are asking is how to put these smilies on?

right? click on the post button and the window will appear for you to type in. Just to the right of the box, you will see that it ways smilies show and hide. click on show. then just choose your smilie. Make sure you leave a space between the last letter typed and the smilie.
