New at chickens - what is this red one with short tail please?

Someone sent this to me asking me to ID, but I'm new to chickens and couldn't find a picture of one like it online. Thank you!!

Cute rooster!

There are only a few breeds that are bred to have no tails. It could be an Araucana, a Manx Rumpy (I know, weird name), or a mix-breed. Araucanas were used to create Ameraucanas, so it could be an Ameraucana mix.

It's definitely a mixed breed. Based on what I can see in the photo, it appears to have five toes so it likely has some Dorking in it. It may have some Araucana in it as well, or the tailless rump may simply be a genetic defect.
