new at hatching eggs

hi im new in the website i have 8 brown eggs i dont have a incubator so my hen is sitting on her eggs. So my question is i have candling the eggs i see veins and a black mass but the black mass move when i move it around is it alive or dead:/and in one egg i can see the vein pumping blood:/
