New at hatching there seems to be a problem

I just started hatching and the second chick can't really stand it might me tiered but that does't seem to be the case. It just lays there and I am very worried for it. Help?!?!?!

It can take many hours for a chick to recover after hatching. Did you help the chick out of the shell? If so, it may not be strong enough to survive. If he hatched all by himself, then he's a tough chick. There's not much you can do just yet. He needs to stay in the incubator 1-2 days to give him time to recover.
