How do I keep there water clean, my birds keep pooping in the water?

You can get hanging water-ers - or get the nipple water units, they learn to use them pretty quick and they can't get poo or shavings into it.

Suspend the drinker above ground level, or use nipple drinkers

You didn't say if you have chicks or full grown birds but maybe something you see in the review forum will help you out.

Hello there and welcome to BYC!!

I always keep my waterers raised up on over turned plastic pans. (pans for dogs, feeding livestock, etc...) Keeps the birds from pooping and kicking things into the water. Especially for chicks...raise the waterers up on something to help keep their water clean and prevent coccidiosis outbreaks.
