These guys are from a variety of hens. Had all seven eggs end up hatching. How do you sex them by their wings?

When I typed in, "sexing chicks using wing". a great deal of information is available. I used a yahoo search box. There were even videos showing the process. This method, it says, can not be used with all breeds.
