New babies

I have two half day old babies, both Buff Orps so far. They hatched yesterday by 11pm, and I have no other pips? Should I worry yet?
Also, the one that seems stronger is eating, drinking, and pottying. The other will only drink if I dip his beak in water. Help?

Karo syrup mixed with hot water then cooled. Also it can take 36 HOURS to hatch and some might have started to develop later. Dont worry yet.

I recommend giving sugar water and electrolytes to your weak one to give him a boost
