At least that's how it looks right now, it's awfully 'white' looking. There are 7 more eggs due to hatch now as well, so hopefully I'll get some more girls

I have 4 buff dundottes, 1 female and 3 males (adult/parents) then I have 3 lavenders which I think are all males. I have 2 pearls and another lavender in the brooder, hopefully there are some girls in there. I don't care for pearls, but I need some more girls.

How can you tell their gender when they hatch? Vent sex? I have 10 2 and a half week olds and just wondering if i could tell what they are.

This is an autosexing color, males being much lighter than females at hatch

Still only the one, but he is 4 days early, plus there is at least one more that has pipped into the air cell.
