New baby pics - PLUS one more June 12th - advice needed!

So my first hatch ever happened over the weekend and I thought I would share a baby pic:




I feel pretty good with the hatch - set 19 eggs, one never developed, and of the 18 remaining, 12 hatched - sadly, one died a few hours after hatching but the remaining 11 seem to be thriving. And two of the remaining eggs in the incubator are rocking around so we may get another one or two. Saturday was Day 21 - 6 hatched Friday and 6 on Saturday.

Thanks everyone! The brooder is the bottom half of a large dog crate with a hardware cloth covered frame for the lid - I wedged the door to the dog crate in at the open end so the chicks cannot get out and no wayward dogs or cats can get in. The brooder is actually secured on the back porch so (hopefully) no dogs or cats can get into the area but....

And many thanks to everyone on this website for so much terrific info - I would never have attempted this without all the help I have found on here.

I think 11 chicks is what we are going to get from this hatch - the eggs in the incubator have stopped moving and the one egg that had pipped got a little further but nothing more since yesterday evening. Still, 11 active chicks is plenty - they are lots of fun to watch.

I got home today and one of the eggs in the incubator has hatched - yay! But yikes - this chick is now 3 or 4 days younger than the rest of them (they were born on Friday and Saturday) and much smaller. Can I move it in with the others once it is mostly dry and more stable on it's feet? This is, of course, assuming it survives. It is very active but not very stable yet - I would guess it hatched within the last 3-4 hours. Also, it took a long time from the first pip to the hatch - about 48 hours or so. I gave it a few drops of water with electrolytes and a little sugar since it had such a long hatch. Any other suggestions?
