New Baby Polish With Balance Problems!! Help

Was at the feed store picking up some chicks when I saw this chick.
She/he is two weeks old and having valence problems and keeps closing one eye. Was given her for free. I know it could be something neurological, but does it look like anything I can help with?

She may have splay leg, and be dehydrated or starving because she cannot walk. Get some water and food into her right away, and Poultry NutriDrench or SaveAChick electrolytes would be good. If you have vet wrap or a bandaid, you can cut it into 1/2 wide strips and position the legs 1 1/2 inch apart. Help the chick to stand and get around. Leave the hobble on for 4-5 days.
