I cracked open an egg this morning and saw this cluster of soft really gross matter in the eggwhite. No oder or other dustinctions. (Pic shows the weird matter in spoon)
Hoping anyone else has seen before and knows what it is. YUCK

Thank you for the Welcoming and for the information on lash material!
The matter was very very soft and squishy...too soft to cut.
I will keep monitoring the hens/eggs for this. Their coop is clean and I have added apple cider vinegar to their water.
This site is excellent! I appreciate the sharing of information and suggestions!
Thank you and God loves you too!!!

Welcome. How clean you keep your coop, what you feed them, etc...has little to do with lash egg. As @DobieLover said, it is an infection of the oviduct, salpingitis. In the wild, hens lay 20 eggs per year. That is how God designed them. Our terrible society, specifically the egg industry has bred them to lay 300-350 per year. Hens used to live up to 20-years, now 45% of them get some type of serious reproductive disease (infections, cancer) by the age of 2-years old. The only thing that can be done to help them is to stop them from laying.
