New birdie momma

Hi all, new to the group. I have 12 birds in total. 3 Easter Eggers (6 weeks old), 1 prairie bluebell egger (6 weeks old), 2 barred rock (1 week old), 2 Easter egger mix (1 week old), 1 Silkie (1 week old), 1 Cinnamon Queen ( 1 month old) and 2 Pekin Ducks ( 1.5 months old). This is my first experience with owning chickens and ducks, I’m very willing to learn anything I can on how to care for them in the best way possible.
