He never said he was looking to get rid of them...

Yeah, Mark, Whatcha talkin about? lol

Yeah, I know about the space requirements, thanks Ticks! I've read about them picking at each other, so when they get a little bigger, I'll be seperating them into atleast two pens.

Kim, that's what I was trying to explain, I just didnt do a good job! lol.

Thanks, Cindy!

Yeah, Sam. I knew that too, haha. Thanks. I'm not sure how many of these I plan on keeping, but knowing me, it will be all, lol.

LOL, Thanks, Guitarists. I thought that one was pretty cool too.

Ticks, please share your info with everyone. If you're gonna tell me I have a lot of roos, the least you could do is tell me how you figured that out.

If I have a lot of roos, that will be no problem. I love a good pheasant.

Not many roos, just a few.
If I'm correct they are 2-3 weeks old right.
look at the eye, it has a patch type thing on it. You can almost see wattles under the eyes, near the beak

That method does work but isnt always effective...it takes a trained eye to be 100%.
Good Luck with the birds J!

Ticks, apparently they are 4 weeks old. They write down the date whenever something hatches and then attach it to the brooder they are in, so I dont believe they got it wrong. I see what you are saying though.

Thanks, Sambo. I'll keep everyone updated so we know how many roos I get. I say 9 out of the 10.

From what little know about them you must keep the males seperated after a certain age. Mine are about 3 months old now but worried they will start soon on each other.

Golden reds here.
