New born chick hurt!!

Hey everyone i have a new born chick that was born yesterday and so i left him in the incubator, but i had some other eggs still in the other incubator. So when i took him out to put him in the brooder i knew he couldnt walk on his right leg, like it was broken. He doesnt put any weight on it and im worried about him. Will it heal or is it going to be like this the rest of his life?
