New Brahma Rooster legs look like the feathers have been pecked?

My new 1year old rooster, is beautiful inside and out, he was sold as they had too many roosters. It looks like his legs have been plucked, they are red and swollen in places but not bleeding and the 4 rules we have are not pecking him at all, in fact they love him and he is being a gentleman! How should I or do I need to treat his legs? Any advice is appreciated, thanks

I would coat his legs/feet with antibiotic ointment and make sure that flock mates are not pecking at them.

Thank you, they are not pecking him at all, this happened in his last home, where they had ALOT of chickens and many breeds. Can I use savlon or should I get poultry specific ointment on Monday when the farm shop opens?
